Naco Beef

If buying grass-fed beef means you have to stick to the cheaper cuts and can only afford ground beef, that is still the better option in my opinion.  There are lots of great dishes you can make with ground beef and Naco Beef is one of them.

Ingredients :

-  1 lb. ground beef
-  1 cup water
-  2 1/2 tablespoons taco seasoning

Directions :
  • Put the ground beef into a large skillet.  Break it up with a spoon or fork, and cook until browned.
  • Add the water and the taco seasoning and mix well.
  • Lower the heat to a simmer and cook for 5 to 10 minutes, mixing occasionally, until all the liquid has evaporated.
(will freeze)  If you will be freezing this, leave a bit more liquid than you would normally as it will evaporate when you reheat it.

Serve in a Paleo Taco shell or with Paleo Nacho chips.
