  1. What does the (D) mean that is alongside some of the recipes please?

    1. Hi Jennie. The (D) signifies that there is quite a bit of dairy in this recipe. Because some people eating Paleo don't eat dairy, I try to mark the recipes that really can't be made very successfully without it.
